This policy explains how dhowly. Digital Studio ("dhowly.", "we") collects and uses personal data when you visit dhowly.com or contact us. We keep it short and collect only what we need.
Who we are
dhowly. Digital Studio is a web design, AI and automation studio licensed in the United Arab Emirates (UAQ Free Trade Zone), working with businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, business, the service you are interested in, your budget range, your phone or email, and your message. We use this only to reply to your request and prepare a proposal.
- Chat demo: the assistant on our homepage runs in your browser. What you type is not sent to us unless you choose to send it through the contact form.
- Analytics (only with your consent): pages visited, approximate location (country and city), device type and how you arrived on the site, collected through Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation.
- Security logs: our host Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address to protect the site against spam and attacks, including the Turnstile check on the contact form.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and provide our services (contract or pre-contract steps), to keep the website secure (legitimate interest), and to understand and improve how the site is used (your consent, for analytics only). We never sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security, Turnstile and email delivery of form messages.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on this site.
These providers may process data outside the UAE, under their own safeguards for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, or longer if we work together and the law requires us to keep records. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
